General Terms and Conditions of Delivery

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of access codes via www.oefendetheorie.nl. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

3. Product and Delivery

After payment, the customer receives a personal access code providing access to digital practice modules. Delivery occurs immediately upon payment, via email or on-screen.

4. Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content

When purchasing digital content (such as access to a learning platform) not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply, provided that:

• the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance, and
• has acknowledged losing their right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

This consent must be given explicitly before finalizing the order (in accordance with Article 6:230p sub d of the Dutch Civil Code).

5. Terms of Use

The access code is strictly personal and may not be shared, rented, or resold. In the event of misuse, the provider reserves the right to immediately block access without refund.

6. Liability for Content

We take great care in developing and updating our materials. Nonetheless, unintended errors may occur. The provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from inaccuracies in the content, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. The maximum liability is always limited to the purchase amount.

7. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints may be submitted via helpdesk@oefendetheorie.nl. All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be settled by the competent court in the district where the provider is registered, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
